Use Your Gifts to Invest in the Next Generation
What if your professional skills, ministry experience, and Christian calling could converge in the lives of university students and young adults?

Haven House Christian Study Centre is building a team of Christians who want to help foster a faithful Christian presence in the university community. Located near Stockton University in South Jersey, Haven House brings students, mentors, churches, alumni, missionaries, and community leaders together for discipleship, prayer, hospitality, mentorship, learning, and mission.
We are looking for people who love Jesus, care about the next generation, and want to use their gifts to help students discover their identity, purpose, and calling in Christ.

Haven House is a ministry community. Some opportunities may develop into full-time or part-time positions. Others may be appropriate for YWAM missionaries, ministry-supported staff, interns, volunteers, retirees, alumni, or professionals who want to contribute several hours each week.
You don't need to fit a traditional ministry-job description.
We are especially interested in people who bring professional skills into mission—administration, technology, mentoring, hospitality, communications, fundraising, writing, church ministry, digital media, data management, or organizational leadership.
Bring what God has already placed in your hands. Let's explore how it might serve the next generation.
Walk alongside students as they discover identity, purpose, and calling.
Help develop our Resident Fellow and Spiritual Mentorship programs. Welcome prospective residents, coordinate applications and orientation, recruit and support mentors, help form mentorship relationships, and encourage students throughout their discipleship experience.
This may be a good fit if you have experience or interest in campus ministry, discipleship, mentoring, young-adult ministry, missions, pastoral care, Christian education, or student development.
Possible role: Student Ministries Coordinator
Build a bridge between the Church and the university.
Help make Haven House a place where students and the wider Christian community meet around the table.
Coordinate Haven House tours, Table Fellowship gatherings, church relationships, pastor and young-adult leader events, presentations, volunteers, mentors, and ministry partnerships.
This may be a good fit if you love hospitality, bringing people together, churches, events, relationship-building, networking, or community ministry.
Possible role: Hospitality & Church Engagement Coordinator
Tell the story and invite others into the mission of Haven House.
Help communicate what God is doing among students while developing the relationships and resources that make the ministry possible.
Opportunities include storytelling, social media, email, website content, photography, donor stewardship, fundraising, ministry presentations, grant research, and grant writing.
This may be a good fit if your background includes communications, marketing, journalism, nonprofit development, fundraising, grant writing, church communications, or relationship development.
Possible role: Development & Communications Coordinator
Build systems that free people to focus on people.
Help us manage Monday.com, databases, digital forms, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Bloomerang, website systems, Google Ads, analytics, AI-assisted workflows, automations, reporting, and administrative follow-up.
The goal isn't technology for technology's sake. We want technology to handle repetitive administrative work so our team has more time for students, mentors, churches, donors, and relationships.
This may be a good fit if you enjoy administration, project management, technology, data, digital marketing, AI, systems development, or making complicated things work simply.
Possible role: Operations & Systems Coordinator

Haven House is intentionally developing systems that use AI and automation to reduce administrative work—not replace people.
AI can help us draft communications, organize information, monitor follow-up, prepare reports, and identify things needing attention. Automated systems can handle reminders and repetitive administrative tasks.
But technology cannot replace prayer, hospitality, wisdom, discernment, mentorship, friendship, pastoral care, or Christian community.
We want our staff spending less time chasing paperwork and more time investing in people.
Come visit Haven House. Meet our community. Hear the vision. Tell us about your experience, gifts, and calling.
There may be a place at the table for you.
